The Contractor shall also assist to evaluate as independent technical expert if proposal is by other vendors and recommend on its viability. The energy and water conservation proposal shall be based on fundamental principles of reducing wastage, optimising usage, process improvements and efficient technological approach.
• To assist collect, collate and prepare submission data/ documents as required by various government agencies including but not limited to BCA, PUB, MOE and NEA for the following submissions: BESS, Periodic Energy Audit, WEMP, PSTLES 2.0 and NEA Environmental Scorecard.
• To assist compile and produce an annual Sustainability Report on Energy and Water End Use. All the activities, framework, projects and approach taken to address the energy and water sustainability needs to be reported. The content of the Sustainability Report needs to be presented and approved and so prior to issuance of such report.
