Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for opening and closing of shift based on roster
Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring customer service are met
Work with management to achieve sales target
Product Knowledge, guidelines as well as any company promotions and mechanics
Customer Service:
Ensure customer service standards among the Fnb team member are of company standard
Offer product knowledge to assist customers with their purchase
Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean
Roster planning to ensure staff productivity
Coaching of the staff and training according to company guidelines
Ensure team members are communicated with sales targets and all promotional/marketing activities
Ensure team members follow the company policies and procedures
Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted within the deadline
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ levels with a pass in English or equivalent
Sales driven and results oriented
Strong passion for customer service
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset
Able to lead and motivate the team
Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
5days work week
