Job Scope:

• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
• Perform scheduled maintenance on building and equipment.
• Lead and motivate the technician team.
• Maintain projects close within budget
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers for maintenance work
• Ensure timely completion of documents and reports.
• Develop training programs for team development.
• Maintain safe work practices at all times.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
