Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our organisation. You will be responsible to lead, manage and oversee various projects, ensuring that they are delivered within the specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Project Team, Interact with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities.
To have a strong knowledge and understanding of project management and scheduling.
Manage site activities, site engineers and workers.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Construction Project Manager
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Diploma preferably in Civil Engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
