As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's human resources and administrative functions. This full-time position is based in Novena Central Region and will involve overseeing payroll processing, managing employee records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. What you'll be doing

• Managing payroll processing for construction site workers, including calculating and processing wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating personnel files
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinating and arranging training and development activities for employees
• Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Handling inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employee record management
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assisting and report to Project Manager on project functions such as project management, site management, risk control management
• Coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance with the master and detailed work program and assisting in project planning
• Work closely with client for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and making sure necessary records are maintained at site and verify payments and claims from contractors
• Prepare, plan, and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.
• Ensuring the progress is on schedule by conducting regular meetings
• To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance
• Making sure all project aspects requirement is met and to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation
• Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering other related fields.

• Manage and oversee the scheduling of manpower resources.
• Monitor the welfare of workers at sites, ensuring they have proper PPE, observe health and safety rules.

DRIVER POSITION

• To have a vaild class 3 license with minimum 2 years of experience driving 14ft lorry.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the development of highly complex estimates from inception to completion.
• Maintain surveillance of all project activities and where necessary initiate corrective actions to meet project objectives.
• Identification and management of project risks.
• Ensure compliance with technical specification and performance criteria during design, installation and operation of the plant
• Ensure that adequate inspections and tests are carried out and the results are properly documented, to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Involvement in the commissioning and improvement works
• Oversee all required engineering qualification tests on project, ensure compliance with all outside parties involved.
