1. Ensure all activities within the department is in proper.

2. Co-ordinated and team members are briefed daily during each shift.

3. Ensure the daily operation are run in an order and proper manner.

4. Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guest's satisfication.

5. Assist in achieving the revenue target by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.

6. Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient use of resources.

7. Ensure guests are properly served and ensure thats staff express courtesy, efficiency in dealing with guests.

8. Ensure a harmonious working relationship between colleagues with proper and fair distribution of work load.

Responsibilities

• Involved in design, develop, coordination and preparation of specification and plans model structural steelwork in a realistic manner and depending on the concepts provided by the engineer and management
• Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines and comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practice
• To liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawings and submission approval
• Drafting and prepare of detail structural and shop drawing and calculations sheets, etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or any related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of Structural Steel Detailer experience
• Good Knowledge in Structural Steelworks or Equivalent
• Proficient in the use of TEKLA Structures / BIM / Revit / AutoCAD and other 3D Modelling Design Software
• Able to work in Jurong Island
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mon to Sat - Ability to work beyond normal working hours
