Key Responsibilities

• Follow the developer’s Quality Inspectors (QI) and Customer Service Officers (CSO) for inspection prior to building handover to owners.
• Attend to client’s defects during Defect Liability Period.
• Assisting in handover of the common areas to management team.

• Follow up on any upstanding warranty issues with the manufacturer.
• Supervise warranty administrator.
• Any other tasks assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
