Roles & Responsibility:

• Assist Project Director and peers on site management related matters.
• Liasing with sub-contractors on site execution related matters.
• Ensuring site works or plans are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• To be able to perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by the management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, from site preparation to construction and infrastructure development.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and supplier to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address issues or delays promptly.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for Forward Works Contracts, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Manage project closeout procedures.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure construction and development activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Serve as the Contract Administrator for projects, including the evaluation of contractual claims.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.

.Oversee all project activities, including cost management, project schedule, staff development, site safety and security

· Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects

· Manage project staff and provide direction and support to project team

· Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.

· Monitor’s timeline of all submissions to authorities and obtaining the necessary approvals/permits/certificates.

· Monitor the progress of the construction activities and hold regular status meetings with various stakeholders.

· Coordinate the efforts of all parties in meeting the project schedule and ensure that the project completes on time and within budget and quality standards.

· Regular inspection of construction sites to ensure compliance to quality and site safety.

· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

· Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

· Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
