Job Description

This position will collect, process, input, organize and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders in order to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance and communications needs of projects

• Provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members
• Responsible for preparation of construction drawings, using Revit and CAD software.
• Draft outline and detailed drawing(S) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement
• Assist in preparation of project documentation required for submission of drawing
• Documentation control relating to all project activities at site
• Oversee project procurement management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Engineer/ Project Manager

Requirements
- Experience in the related field is highly welcomed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Minimum diploma qualification with knowledge in 2D, 3D AutoCAD software and Revit.

Working location: Potong pasir

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Description:

- To prepare tender bids for submission on time

- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

- Review and understand all drawings and specifications

- Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in

accordance with building contract law; Ensure compliance with standards.

- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties.

- Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and

negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.

- Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.

- Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of

sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc.

- Prepare cost analysis and cost reduction strategies to enhance overall

project value.

Requirements:

● 5 years construction experience IN

Singapore

● Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.

● Experience in participating in full interior

fit-out projects

Change Management

• Influences the development and implementation of organizational policies and processes with Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) partners resulting in cost savings, enhanced customer service, or improved asset management.

Vendor Management

• Directs and oversees the management of vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and prior audit results.

Budget and Controls

• Develops, manages, and reports on the scope, schedule, and budget of the project.

People Management

• Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modelling, coaching, and caring.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction project management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Min 10- 12+ years related experience in data centre, data centre projects, project management experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• Should have strong interpersonal, communication, Leadership and organizational skills, ability to self-direct.
