Job Description:

2. Site Management:Support site supervisors in overseeing day-to-day construction activities.
   Monitor site progress and ensure work adheres to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
   Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve potential issues.
   
3. Budget & Cost Control:Track project expenses and report any deviations from the budget.
   Assist in preparing cost estimates, invoices, and financial reports.
   Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
   
4. Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain clear and effective communication.
   Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or inquiries.
   Prepare and deliver project status reports for management and clients.
   
5. Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and work on mitigation strategies.
   Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
   Document and address any incidents or delays during the project lifecycle.
   
6. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
   Assist in preparing project closeout documentation.
   Analyze completed projects for lessons learned and continuous improvement.
   

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous internships or experience in construction management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and construction software
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Planning, design, assembling and installing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and liaise with main con, consultants, sub-contractors.
• Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications and regulation.
• Plan and prepare projects based on stage of activities, schedule work activities.
• Reporting to electrical engineer if discrepancies in safety measures or installation procedures are found and take steps to solve the problem.
• Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.
• Oversee and be overall responsible for works carried out by supervisors assigned under his/her care.
• Generate incident reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
