3. Promote awareness and adherence to safety guidelines across all levels of the organization.
4. Conduct regular safety inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards or safety violations.
5. Prepare and perform risk assessments (RA), SWP and FPP processes to minimize workplace risks.
6. Ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary, and hazards are reported and managed.
7. Maintain training records and ensure employees are up-to-date with required certifications and safety protocols.
8. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory bodies and senior management.
9. Keep up-to-date with new and changing safety regulations and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.
10. Ensure proper reporting and documentation of workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses.
11. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
12. Maintain records of incidents and safety inspections for compliance purposes.
13. Monitor the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that employees are trained to use it properly.
14. Ensure safety equipment, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and other emergency tools are properly maintained and accessible.
15. Assist corporate HSE manager on EHS implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
2. Certificate in Safety Coordinator / Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health.
3. Minimum two (2) years' of relevant safety experience.
4. Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
5. Knowledge of RC work activities and PTW system.
6. Knowledge in preparing EHS report.
7. Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
8. Only Singaporean or Permanent Residents need apply.

Working Experience- Operating a crawler crane preferred, over 3 years; Requirements- Valid crane operator license, familiar with crane operations and safety regulations, and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:- Operate crawler crane safely and efficiently according to site requirements - Conduct regular checks on the crane and ensure its proper functioning - Follow safety procedures and work closely with the site supervisor to ensure compliance - Assist with other lifting and rigging tasks as required
