Shipbuilding Process control

• Completion inspection and verification during the final process. Confirmation of final trials such as sea trials. Witnessing and confirmation of the final handover of the vessel.

Preparation for cable laying work after delivery

• Order and load the materials and equipment needed for the cable laying work. Planning the suitable crew rotation schedule and the operation schedule. Cable installation project planning support.

Defect warranty

• When a machine problem occurs, troubleshoot to identify the cause, and resolve it after delivery.
• Negotiate compensation with the shipyard in the event of a problem occurring and maintain the ship in a sound condition.

Cable laying Project Operation and Vessel Maintenance

• Quickly identify the cause of mechanical or electrical troubles in the working vessels and establish a proper restore/repair plan. Take precautions to prevent troubles on working vessels. Handle operational issues, repairs, and/or modifications to Cable laying Vessel fleet.
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, Vessel master’s shipyard and vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance needed for the operations.
• Prepare proposals for docking requirements and specifications. Check and ensure that spare parts inventory management and condition are sufficient to support repair and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure quality,environment, health & safety requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Electronics and Mechanical Engineering, Graduated advanced Marine Technology Specialist Course or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of Engineering experience in an offshore wind farm, ROV, Trencher or offshore vessel projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Archi /Structrual/M&E shop drawing and as-built drawings
• Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition and method statement
• To co-ordinate with consultants, project team and sub-contractors on issuing of drawings Coordination & understanding in design and construction of a project
• Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD

Job Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• AutoCAD and basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel skills Competency in BIM/Revit Preferred.

• Perform painting tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to ensure a quality appearance.
• Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired shade and consistency.
• Clean designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and according to guidelines.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain painting and cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing painting and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
  • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
  • To carry out spray painter process/tasks, including preparation and operations of spray system and setting up of parts on appropriate machines
  • To perform production and spray related tasks as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
  • Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
  
  Requirement:

  • Able to work overtime to complete the project on-time.
  • Able to follow the supervisor's daily instructions on-site.

  • 8.15am to 6pm

• Support HR-related administrative tasks.
• Verify workers' job cards and timesheets for payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate records of leave entitlements, including annual, medical, and other types of leave.
• Handle applications and renewals for Work Permits
• Coordinate training programs for workers
• Assist with ISO, Green & Gracious, and other audit preparations.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• To co-ordination project on site and monitoring of progress
• Manage sub-contractors and on site work
• Ensure projects are ompleted on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality
• Review and preparation of contract documents

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Building / Construction Management and or equivalent qualification
• Min 2-3 years of experience in interior projects or construction work or similar in industries
• Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in both written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to start work in short notice
