The Snr Quantity Surveyor, oversee the works of a group of Quantity Surveyors, playing a critical role of managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures, seeking to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Many of these are specified by statutory building regulations, which the surveyor needs to understand and adhere to. The Structural Engineer assists the Project Manager in the supervision of all structural works in Project Site. The Architectural Coordinator assists the Architect & the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site to ensure that works performed by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme as well as quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are efficiently utilized.
