Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with departments to process customer purchase order, create DO & return forms, arranging equipment testing and maintenance.
• Responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers
• Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers
• Follow up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.
• Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices.
• Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Finance and generate monthly reports
• Maintain records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above with proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

• Manage and ensure that the equipment installation environment is safe during installation activities
• Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in implementing & enforcing safety & health requirements on site
• Manage on-site communication with the customer for day-to-day installation and logistical activities
• Ensure safe, high quality, and timely installation of the equipment following installation methods throughout the installation process
• Report installation progress to the installation supervisor
• Ensure that shortages or damage are reported to installation supervisor as soon as they are discovered
• Carry out the installation according to pre-determined method instruction and abide to Safety rules and regulation as trained.
• Contributes to the ongoing improvement of the product by feedback to the supply line

• Minimum Certificate in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $8,500 + AWS + $100 Mobile Reimbursement
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to set supplier agreements based on sales and operations needs.
• Provide the Asia Pacific region with a range of sea freight and intermodal service providers.
• Research market developments and competition rates; act on findings.
• Build and expand relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Work closely with suppliers, other offices, forwarders, and agents on rate offers and negotiations.
• File and maintain supplier information, rates, and surcharges in our Internal Vendor System.
• Monitor and manage the expiration of various rates in the Vendor System.
• Handle and control all rate negotiations with suppliers.
• Look for ways to make the best use of the supplier portfolio.
• Manage, support, and assist the regional procurement team in daily activities.
• Assist the Superior in other procurement duties as needed.
