Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our food manufacturing facility, specializing in a diverse range of food products (excluding food chemicals and additives). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of food safety, quality control, and regulatory standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage production processes, ensure efficient operations, and maintain high-quality standards in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.
Job Description:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for manufacturing food products.
- Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing quality checks throughout the production cycle.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of production staff, ensuring they are fully trained and compliant with company policies, safety standards, and production goals.
- Coordinate and manage production schedules, ensuring orders are completed on time and resources are optimally allocated.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure proper stock levels, minimize waste, and avoid supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
