Requirements :

• Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry
• Prior experiences in Condo projects will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Attend site meeting / resolve site issues / reporting to higher management.

- Liaise with site engineering to ensure a smoothly workflow

- Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of M&E work on site

- Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works

- Oversees the entire installation works

- Carries out inspection on electrical components, such as electrical and mechanical equipment

- Install, maintain, and / or repair electrical wiring works

- Installs electrical apparatus, equipment and fixtures

- Troubleshoot electrical issues, run tests to determine its cause and fix/replace electrical components depend on the results

- Carries out plans for electrician wiring for well-functioning electrical systems

- He as a Site Supervisor, leads Teams, provide guidance to the worker, oversee the workflow of the teams and designate tasks to the respective worker.

- Help to provide training / guidance / impart his knowledge to the unexperienced worker.

The supervisor will ensure a smooth workflow, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision and ManagementLead, motivate, and supervise a team of massage therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
  Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure optimal staff performance and coverage.
  Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  
• Customer Service ExcellenceGreet and assist clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
  Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly.
  Ensure that all client experiences are consistent with the store’s standards.
  
• Operations and AdministrationManage daily operations, including appointment scheduling and inventory control.
  Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facility.
  Oversee compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards.
  Generate reports on sales, staff performance, and client satisfaction metrics.
  
• Sales and Marketing SupportPromote services and special offers to increase customer retention and attract new clients.

• Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that the Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies' requirements
• Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion
• Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work
• Supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on site & off site
• Supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements
• Inspect and assist in issuance of E-Token for soil disposal
• Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment
• Provide other services required
• Assist in operating of Project Monitoring Control Centre ( PMCC )

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
• Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects / tunnel / viaduct / flyover
