Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions
• Manage and control site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship and materials
• Manage and report on site incidents, accidents, and near-miss incidents

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision and management
• Possess a valid Site Supervisor Certificate (e.g., CSCS, BCSS)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
