• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with residents and stakeholders.
• Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) & Work at Height (WAH) Supervisor certificates required.
• Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee Plumbing & Sanitary installation works.
• Coordinate and schedule site work and workforce according to the site program.
• Support upper management and project managers in site-related tasks.
• Liaise with company's management, employees, subcontractors, and other workers.
• Maintain effective communication with residents to ensure smooth project progression.
• Handle necessary paperwork, including inspection forms.
• Order materials and ensure accurate follow-through.
• Attend meetings and presentations concerning site matters.
• Perform monthly, weekly, and daily project progress reporting activities.
• Attend to ad-hoc site duties and tasks as directed.

Our client has more than 20 restaurants in Singapore that provide various dining concepts that refined tastes of both local and international food enthusiasts.

• Oversee the daily operations of the AP function.
• Guide the AP team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of invoices and payments, as well as the resolution of payment discrepancies.
• Ensure the function adheres to the deadlines set by the finance department.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of AP experience in F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and related accounting principles.
