Qualifications:

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil / Structural, Construction Management with 2 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry. The Degree shall be recognized either by the respective Professional Bodies, Professional Institutions or Building and Construction Authority.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Civil Engineer (Civil Construction)

Primary Roles

• Plan, prioritize and manage assigned projects, involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resources allocation, contract negotiation, drawings submission, progress claim, and worker coordination, to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and project deadlines are met.
• Supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, client & consultant, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Ensuring the timely, budget control, and cost-effective completion of construction projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years construction experiences in Singapore especially in Civil & Infrastructure works
