Responsibilities:

• Checking, verifying and entering of invoices in system.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Escalate issues to supervisor to avoid delays in processing and resolution of issue
• Review closing and reconciliation of creditors balances and audit schedules related to Accounts Payables
• Responding to external (vendors) and internal (project teams) on all AP related matters.
• Attend and provide documentation during internal and external audit.
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• Experience in full set of accounts is preferred.
• Good knowledge of GST Treatment and application.

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor communicates the quality policy and objectives to help ensure the maintenance of the overall healthcare compliance for the operation/department. The successful candidate will advise on development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of the quality documents. This position participates in internal, client, and agency audits, and follows up on audit outcomes. The HC Quality Assurance Supervisor maintains knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements and assesses and addresses risks associated with transporting healthcare and food products.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and instructs for compliance to UPS SCS site license requirements (DEL, MDEL, CDS, PCR).
• Promotes Issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvements and project initiatives.
• Facilitates, hosts, and respond to audits (Internal, Regulatory Agencies and Clients)
• Assists with creation, revision, and approval of Controlled Documents (SOP/WI/Forms).
• Provides investigation and Non-conformance reporting, including development of proactive strategies for preventing recurrence.
• Changes control management.
• Provides Quality and Regulatory compliance guidance to clients and internal staff.
• Supports growth of new and expanded facilities, clients and services.
• Participates in environmental control and CDS security emergency response action team.
• Performs direct reports responsibilities (risk assessment, task delegation, performance evaluation, skills development, constructive feedback, formal performance review, formal career development)

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or equivalent
• Prior industry experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or food industry experience is preferred
• Prior relevant experience in quality assurance related roles is preferred
• Prior QPIC/AQPIC designation is preferred

Primary Roles:

• Reporting and intervening when observing unsafe working conditions or practices.
• Conduct Toolbox briefing to subcontractors and RA reviews before start of any works
• Promptly reporting any reportable incidents to the Project HSSE Manager and related stakeholders.
• Enhancing safety awareness through safety training, drills, and courses.
• Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions.
• Ensuring closure of outstanding findings and non-conformance issues.
• Any other ad-hoc FM related duties

Secondary Roles:

• Conduct checks and remove any fire hazard that is found in the premises.
• Monitor the maintenance of the fire safety systems in the premises are in compliance with regulations.
• Recommend tests for fire safety systems to ensure they are in good operating condition.
• Create awareness to the occupants in establishing a fire safe environment.
• Conduct fire safety campaign / talks / discussion / lesson.
• Assist, co-ordinate, and document fire safety meetings.
• Conduct fire drills, table-top exercise (TTE) and evaluate the effectiveness of said exercises and drills.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with SCDF on all matters relating to fire safety and its requirements.
• Accommodate any reasonable request by clients

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services
• Registered FSM and WSHO

Experience:

• Experience in IFM related field is preferred.
• Min 1-2 years working experience as a FSM.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant) is an added advantage
