Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a group of Team Leads (TL) & Drivers to carry out Daily-Start-Work-Briefing (DSWB).
• Improve efficiency with Network, Route & Transfer Planning for all Truck / Van Drivers.
• Assign and monitor daily pickup tasks to Drivers; including, arranging available Drivers for delivery tasks when no pickup is required.
• Ensure 100% daily Enroute-Scan and, timely pickup as per merchant requests.
• Report and update tasks assigned and pick up status.
• Analyze report status, carry out accountability checks and, arrest any ‘pickup issue’.
• Attend to Merchants’ complaints and resolve them on a timely basis.
• Ensure 100% Return-to-Sender (RTS) parcels daily.
• Manage and provide prompt response to assigned Key Account Customers for any pickup query/issue.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service (CS), Hub Operations and Fulfillment (FF) teams to ensure smooth/efficient pickup operations.
• Liaise with Hub Ops. for parcel pickup accuracy and accountability upon Arrive-at-Hub
• Manpower planning for both ‘Business-As-Usual’ and ‘Campaign’ days
• Monitor Vehicles Servicing Schedules to ensure serviceability of all vehicles
• Liaise with Vehicles Vendors on Accident Repairs, Vehicles Transfer or Replacement matters
• Assign vehicles to Drivers and ensure accountability of all vehicles
• Emphasize to Drivers to abide by existing Traffic Rules & Regulations at all time
• Adhere to the company’s Workplace Safety, Health & Security (WSHS) Policy and implement the associated bizSAFE protocols

Requirements:

• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Quantitative ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is advantageous

Job Description:

• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues
• Responsible for all trades of works on-site, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc
