Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the job schedules and Oversee site operation
· Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
· Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
· Support office management including insurance, maintenance, rental and regulatory matters
· Manage and update system pricing and databases
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma qualifications
· People-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel
· High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
· Excellent team spirit and leadership skills
· Communicate with fluency English and Chinese
