Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and industry-specific regulations.
• Handle foreign worker matters including work pass applications, housing, and mandatory training.
• Oversee office facility management and company vehicle-related issues.
• Maintain accurate HR records and address employee inquiries.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience (construction preferred)

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
• Assist in loading and unloading building materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials.
• Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and frames.
• Perform minor repairs on existing structures.
