We are looking for Boutique Supervisor to assist and support Section Manager and Boutique Manager in running of a store or department in line with company objective and ensuring company standards. To supervise the shop floor and coordinate staff activity.

Your main duties will be:

• Lead and keep a high level of motivation within the department.
• Guarantee the adequate induction and follow up on training for new team members.
• Assist in the development and retention of an effective team.
• To get involved in performance management of sales assistants (I.e. sickness/ absence, lateness, returns to work, etc).
• To ensure a high level of customer service is offered in the store.
• Monitor and support customer service action plans.
• Solve and manage customer issues as they arise and refer to the senior management team when necessary.
• Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
• To support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the following;
  -New arrivals
  -Replenishment of best sellers
  -Offering alternatives
• Plan the daily planners in advance ensuring that the following areas are covered at all times.
  - Shop floor
  - Fitting room
  - Cash desk
• Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Aware of the daily and monthly budgets to meet and exceed them.
• Communicate with the management team on a daily basis with information regarding personnel, product and procedures.
• Ensure standards are maintained during the day and at closings.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an incident happens.
• To be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 2 years working experience in the retail operations.
• Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales quotas.
• Strong leadership and man management skills.
• Knows how to drive sales and can provide examples.
• Willing to work 5 days’ work week with rotated shifts.

• Perform duties as the role of Project Manager under WSH Act
• Management of all demolition sites as allocated by the Company
• To work with the project team on the management of projects
• Well versed in paperwork
• Planning and scheduling work
• Ensure projects are completed timely and to good quality
• Attend meetings whenever require
• Coordinate and liaise site activities
• Such relevant work as and when delegated by the Directors

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

-Report to the Restaurant Manager

-Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant

-Monitor labour and F&B costing matters

-Conduct daily checklist

-Take order, clearing and table setting

-Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction

-Lead a team of captain/service crew to ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant

-Attend to customer complaints (if any)

-Handle cashiering duties

-Update GRN and perform e-Procurement

-Assist in bi-monthly stock take

-Assist to upsell promotions and PGR membership

-Assist to do banking duties

-Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant

-Maintain utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among the service staff

-Guide and train new/existing Service Crew

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

-Deputise in the absence of the Managers

-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
