Job description:

1. Coordinate with design consultant team, construction team, and subcontractors in solving design-related issues.

2. Provide design and engineering input to construction team to facilitate smooth construction.

3. Monitor submission status closely and prepare weekly and monthly summary.

4. Taking lead in preparation of shop drawings based on approved design.

5. Coordinate with consultant and construction team for preparation of traffic diversion and sewer diversion.

6. Working area nearby Boon Lay MRT.

Requirement;

Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in

relevant field in the construction supervision of civil and

structural works for projects of similar scale and

complexity.

LTA project experience will be preferred.

Description

A janitor is responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Main duties include mopping and cleaning floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash cans.

Responsibilities

· To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality

· Maintain floor office cleanliness.

· Maintain Pantries cleanliness and top-up refreshment from time to time.

· Disinfect commonly area (Table , Door Handle , Desk and Other ).

. Cleaning of Meeting Room.

· Clear the Pantry Dustbin from time to time.

· Cleaning of Glass door, shelve, and cabinet once a week

· Cleaning off staff dustbin daily

· Cleaning of staff table

· Ensure workplace safety and healthy environment.

· To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.

· To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.

Requirements

· Preferably secondary or relevant educational certificate

· Preferably having 1 - 5 years of relevant experience

• Assist to project engineer / project manager and director.
• To manage and support the field operations on projects.
• Report to the Project Manager but primary responsibility will be to ensure the site supervisor and workers have the materials, equipment, and information necessary to complete the job.
• As an extension of the Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for understanding and accomplishing the customer’s goals while protecting and promoting the interests of company in all matters.
• Determining client’s requirements and translating them into an actionable plan by a team of workers
• Organizing many tasks into a timeline.
• Assuring that all deadlines are being met.
• Develop project specific Safety Programs in coordination with Safety Manager and Project Manager. Making sure that all health, safety and legal requirements are being met throughout the process
• Responding to any client complaints, concerns or requests throughout the project
• Holding regular meetings to ensure that everything is going according to time and budget restrictions
• Support field in expediting schedule, completion of field paperwork, expediting materials.
• Support Operations and Project Manager with client communication regarding project schedules.
• Collaborate with project supervisor to prepare and submit Change Orders to the customer.
• Assist and support Project Manager by attending project meetings with General Contractor, Owner, Architect, and others.
• Establish good working relationship with other team members.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients
• Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Dry/Welding) or equivalent. (Degree is recognized by BCA will be an advantage)
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the same field (Metal Work) is required.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to think big picture and take into account long-term implications of ones’ actions

• Intermediate level in Procore, CMiC, or similar construction software

• Assist the M&E Manager to oversee all onsite and offsite M&E constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

• Coordinate and direct M&E construction workers and subcontractors

• To assist the M&E Manager to review the M&E work progress on daily basis

• To assist the M&E Manager to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

• Ensure quality M&E construction standards, monitor materials submission and approval status

Job Requirements:

• Min 8 years related M&E working experience

• Excellent time and project management skills

• Minimum qualification of degree recognised by PEB.
