Job Description

• Assist the Building Manager in coordinating and executing daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.
• Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors involved in both planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Investigate, check, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their root causes.
• Supervise upgrading projects when required, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and follow up on inspection findings and recommend necessary maintenance or improvements.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations of the facility.

Requirement

• Diploma holder with minimum 3 years in M&E andsecurity systemexperience.
• Willing to work alternate Saturdays

- Attend project meetings, conduct site surveys, and follow up on project progress.

- Communicate effectively with designers and clients for design details.

- Ensure accuracy of design files before fabrication.

- Handle procurement for raw materials.

- Work closely with Production and Installation team for timely delivery.

- Demonstrate creative thinking for problem-solving.

- Must know how to use Adobe Illustrator for vector files, operate 3-Axis CNC router, laser cutter, and CNC bending machine.

- Update CNC job progress in the job tracker.

- Required to work on weekends/public holidays/night works subjected to the requirement of the projects.
