Operations Supervisor Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily warehouse and 3PL warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Supervise all incoming shipments.

· Verifying incoming and outgoing stock to ensure the accuracy of transactions.

· Assist in scheduling and ensuring timely and accurate order processing and deliveries for optimal flow of goods in the warehouse.

· Perform daily administrative tasks including processing paperwork for shipping and receiving.

· Analyse logistics data and prepare trending reports.

· Manage inventory utilization and stock counts, and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

· Lead, supervise, guide, and coach warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

· Proactively identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to improve workflow to enhance workflow, and productivity and reduce lead time.

· Coordinate warehouse maintenance, improvement, and repair needs.

· Ensure proper housekeeping, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

Requirements:

· 3 years of related experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

· Working experience with 3PL partners or in a 3PL company will be advantageous.

· Possess a good understanding of the inventory control concept

· Meticulous and ability to follow through with tasks promptly.

· Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced setting.

· Experience in SAP and ASRS will be an added advantage.

· Candidate with a forklift license is preferred.
