Roles & Responsibilities

The restaurant supervisor must ensure that the restaurant is neat and presentable, as the restaurant's appearance directly influences customer perception of the establishment's quality. A restaurant head captain ensures that all centrepieces are on the tables properly and that linens, silverware and glasses are clean. Restaurant captains often have a managerial role.
