Job Title: Centre Supervisor

As a Centre Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in managing the daily operations of our special needs education centre. You’ll be responsible for overseeing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the centre runs smoothly. The position requires collaboration with parents, educators, and external partners to create an enriching environment for our students.

You will ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are effectively implemented and that every child receives the care and education they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage daily operations, including class schedules, staff assignments, and student attendance tracking (including SCFA scheme support).
• Handle logistics like student arrivals, pick-ups, and safety compliance.
• Ensure staff coverage across programs and maintain classroom hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate with parents about student progress, achievements, and behavior.
