• We provide Chinse foot and body reflexology treatment and water treatment according to customer requests.
• Examine clients and may recommend body conditioning activities or treatments.
• Relevant degree and at least 5 years of professional experience preferred
• Available 6 days a week
• Overtime may occur and you may be required to work long hours.

• Overall, responsible for the quantity surveying activities, ensuring accurate cost estimation, cost control, and cost management throughout project.
• Prepare and check Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Give expert advice on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Perform regular cost assessments and prepare reports detailing project cost performance, variations, and potential risks.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 7 years as a QS Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
• Good knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and cost control procedures.
• Able to read and interpret structural drawings.
