This Medical Social Work (MSW) will provide psycho-social assessment, social work intervention and support to residents and their families to resolve personal, social, emotional, and financial issues. The role involves facilitating residents to benefit from comprehensive health and social services that help to reduce the burden on them and their families.

Job Responsibilities

MSW works with the Nurse Manager, Rehab Manager, and Ops Team to facilitate resident admissions and to ensure the appropriate support is provided to our residents.

• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings with medical staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to discuss, propose, and coordinate care plans for residents.

Job Summary: As the main contractor’s Safety Officer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant construction site.
