Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player and willing to learn and contribute

• Regularly co-check with the design department for the latest updated construction and shop drawings for execution of works on site.
• Coordinates and check sub-contractors works being carried out, ensuring their compliances to drawings and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with the Construction Engineer and Survey Department for the setting out of works and verifications of alignments on site.
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO
• Prepare daily records and reports to the Construction Manager.
• Candidate must at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates and or candidates with 1~2 years relevant experience in the related field are welcome
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
• Preferably with experience in LTA MRT projects in Singapore
• An added advantage for those who can start within a short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field
• Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry

Job Description

• Handing full set of accounts including GST RETURNS, Tax matters and audit matters
• Oversee daily operations
• Preparing monthly financial reports, audit schedules and variance analysis
• Perform Bank Reconciliation
• Monitoring of Cash Flow
• Assisting in annual budget and forecasting process
• Experience in preparing government statistic board surveys
• Credit control and receivables management
• Liaise with external auditor and tax advisors on accounting matters
• Ensuring accounting operations are carried out according to internal SOP (Filing, data entry, etc)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
• Min 3 years of full set of accounts experience
• Preferably with Real Estate Exprience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Team player with initiative, willing to learn, positive working attitude
