Oversees HR functions of Recruitment & Selection
Recruitment & Selection: Job posting, pre-employment, work passes administration, onboarding and contract preparation
Take charge of foreign employees’ entry matters
Prepares monthly reports: security bonds and forecast quota etc.
Upkeeps Human Resource Information System, policies and procedures
Provide HR advices in accordance to regulations from Ministry of Manpower, Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and other relevant government agencies
Act as Safe Management Officer for general workplace setting
Administrative works such as filing and keeping records of employees’ records
Any other duties assigned
Job scope may be expanded to other functions when hiring slows down
