• Assist the Head of Operations in all daily tasks and matters within the Operations Department.

• Conduct user trainings and safety briefings as well as organise safety campaigns.
• Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis as well as prepare incident reports with pictures.
• Manage the training, productivity and well-being of the teams assigned by the Head of Operations.
• Ensure our construction equipment and accessories on-site are fully accounted for at all times and implement necessary measures to prevent loss and damage.
• Perform asset and inventory reconciliation and generate monthly reports for Management.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
• Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply with Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
• Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management of Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience as a Project Manager or Manager position in civil engineering projects and completed at least 2 projects of similar or its equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marine Works
• Completed at least 2 huge reclamation or related projects
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Competent in conflict and crisis management

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey setting out, as-built survey and settlement monitoring for civil & marine structures.
• Perform levelling, traversing, setting-out points, survey data collecting, topographic surveying, boundary surveys, and etc.
• Positioning of the marine piles and concrete precast vertical walls in marine construction.
• Understand and read the engineering drawings and work out the setting out coordinates.
• Manage the land surveying work schedule and carry out the setting out accordance with engineering drawing to be utilized by construction project team.
• Manage and maintain survey instruments, survey data and records for reporting.
• Maintain surveying equipment in good condition and arrange for regular calibration of surveying equipment.
• Understand the Singapore Plane Coordinate System and coordinates transformation.
• Understand the Singapore Height Datum and Datum transformation.
• Liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan drawing and as-built survey.
• Positively work with management and operation team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by SISV.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years’ surveying experience in Reclamation, Marine Construction and Civil Engineering works.
• Fast learning and understand the process of marine construction.
• Leadership and coordination skill.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Words and AutoCad add advantage.
• 5.5 days working week.
