• To assist collect, collate and prepare submission data/ documents as required by various government agencies including but not limited to BCA, PUB, MOE and NEA for the following submissions: BESS, Periodic Energy Audit, WEMP, PSTLES 2.0 and NEA Environmental Scorecard.
• To assist compile and produce an annual Sustainability Report on Energy and Water End Use. All the activities, framework, projects and approach taken to address the energy and water sustainability needs to be reported. The content of the Sustainability Report needs to be presented and approved and so prior to issuance of such report.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power point & Microsoft Project.
• Basic computer skills in AutoCad, PDF & Etc.

• General Administrative duties and task

• Preparing quotation, schedules & service reports.

• Email & Admin support for site team.

• Ability to understand AutoCAD, Layout plans with some knowledge of construction/installation methods.

• To check if there is a new tender daily and prepare documents for tender submission.

• Scheduling workers for servicing & inspection for vehicle.

• Prepare required certifications and ensure all the requirements are met for road tax renewal.

• Liaise with insurance agent with the vehicle insurance.

• Liaise with LTA officers when required.

• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.

• Update leaves & medical certificate for local workers on QuickHR.

• Calculating hours of work done by local worker for payroll purposes.

• Answering calls for general enquiries.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting system
• Prepare accounting schedules for audit purpose etc
• Responsible for invoicing and accounting function
• Perform bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedule
• Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections;
• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely;

• To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day activities on the project with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• To manage and oversee the cladding works and recovered materials work in order to ensure the Project Safety, environmental, quality and Programme objectives are satisfied.
• To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
• To ensure all works are carried out in line with WHS and safety standards in order to provide high-quality works in safe and efficient manner.
