Lead team of supervisors and workers to carry out the contruction of building structure works (Rebar and formwork works) on site according to maincon's schedule, safety and quality requirement. Coordination with main contractor and resolve all site matters.

In charge of planning and scheduling, manage RC labour workers in all aspects.

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
• Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry;
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field;
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

- Providing cost estimates to clients and stakeholders for the job.

- Preparing and treating surfaces before plastering.

- Choosing the right plastering materials for each specific site.

- Shielding areas not involved in plastering with suitable protective materials.

- Applying various types of plaster to both interior and exterior surfaces.

- Repairing and restoring previous plastering work as needed.

- Notifying the site foreman about any structural concerns.

- Mixing and preparing materials such as mortar, plasters, and other finishes.

- Coordinating with other contractors to ensure project timelines are adhered to.

• Conduct training for staff & workers to create awareness of Safety Measurement
• Conduct presentations (Safety Management System) to Client / Consultant

• Evaluation on the Safety Performance of all subcontractors
• Maintain and conduct Risk Assessment
• Initiate and follow up corrective actions and non-conformities
• Prepare and update incident/accident analysis
• Assist Project Manager in investigating accidents cases, prepare I-report, prepare in-house accident investigation report

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
• Diploma in Engineering/ Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent will be preferred
• Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
