Job Responsibilities:

• Provide case supervision, training and mentoring to the new and current social workers, caseworkers and interns

• Review relevance of all external proposed classes/workshops/talks that may be useful for residents
• Coordinate with the respective agencies on the proposed sessions, internal team and Programs department to facilitate sessions
• Hold administration functions for both external and online systems such as CANS, Gladiator etc
