B) JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT

• Recognised Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work or Counselling.

• Relevant experience in the fields of Early Intervention/Special Education or social services is preferred.

• Professionals that are accredited as a social worker/social service practitioner (RSW/RSSP) with SASW are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• To review, conduct incident / accident investigation and provide recommendations for countermeasures and to prevent recurrence of accident
• To coordinate of daily toolbox meeting and upkeep the records
• To conduct daily safety inspection and other type of safety inspection as required at work site or premises
• To coordinate the immediate rectification of unsafe conditions and correct any safety malpractices on site or premises
• Monitor and oversee the enforcement of In-house Rule and Regulation and ensure safe work practices on site or premises
• Coordinate and conduct the safety induction course to all site staffs or staffs at premises

• Assist WSHO to establish, update, maintain, and implement the Safety and Health Management System

Requirements:

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Level B or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Own transport of Class 3 License for site or premises would be advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of assigned social service programmes for youths, ensuring the relevant practice framework, logic model & SOPs of each programme are set up and adhered to by the team.
• Provide direction and guidance to the team in building professional and positive working relationship with stakeholders, and other professionals.
• Lead the team in outreach initiative and efforts.
