I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

The position is involved in project management for all aspects (contract, and technical, quality and project schedule etc) of the projects assigned. The position works closely with Project Manager so as to complete and achieve the projects’ objectives/ metrics as planned.

II- Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conducts site inspection, collects the data and transfers the information to customer if any changes on the drawings.

2. Support Project manager to communicate with customer after installation team verifies all drawings prior to moving to construction phase.

3. Coordinates with installation team, customers and sub contractors during construction.

III- Qualifications & Competencies

The incumbent should possess:-

1- a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required/preferred.

2- a minimum 1 years of Project Management knowledge, skills, experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage partners to solicit referrals and stakeholders’ management.
• Manage patients and caregivers through assessment, development of care plan, execute the intervention plan (Deliver service internally or matching patients to the appropriate services), track and monitor the progress of patients and caregivers.
• Facilitates patients' placement through admission and financial counselling
• Familiarize with patient treatment cost and additional costing if there is.
• Familiarize and understand the patients’ financial resources such as subsidies, insurance, Medisave/MediShield, etc.
• Conduct visits to dialysis centre, home or hospitals to provide assessment and supportive counselling
• Advocate for the protection of patient's welfare and rights.
• Collaborate with internal and external healthcare professionals for a more complete patient management
• Liaise with government, community, social agencies or individuals to mobilise social resources for the best interest of patients and caregivers
• Facilitate patient and caregiver support group programmes
• Review and enhance processes to ensure that they are relevant to the needs of patients and caregivers.

Requirement:

• Degree in Social Work
