• Enforce strict adherence to occupational health and safety protocols.

9. Communication

• Liaise between project owners, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to project managers or clients.

10. Final Inspections and Handover

• Oversee final inspections and ensure all punch-list items are addressed.
• Prepare and submit completion reports and handover documentation.
• Ensure that the finished structure meets all specifications and client requirements.

Job Scope:

• Develop and ensure the design of electrical equipment, systems, and materials submission according to technical specifications in electrical engineering.
• Plan project costs and create a master schedule.
• Determine labor requirements and necessary material resources for construction.
• Manage site activities, including installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety, testing, and commissioning to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with LTA, consultants, civil contractors, and system-wide contractors for work execution, testing, and commissioning.
• Lead a team of site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet targeted deadlines.
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project planning, execution, and construction.
• Establish responsibilities and accountabilities for the construction team to ensure alignment with business goals, objectives, and expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Construction industry.
• A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently..
