Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building works, with a preference for HDB experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet project timelines
• Strong crisis management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a team player

Position: Project Admin

• Location: Kranji Way | Office will move to Tuas start of next year 2025 (2mins walking from Tuas MRT)
• Working Days: 5 days / 8am - 5pm
• Salary: $2,000 - $2,500

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Project Admin related

Responsibilities:

• Support in submission of monthly claim / receivables for projects
• Correspondence with clients
• Record and maintain monthly claim/receivable reports
• Ensure proper documentation in project files
• Generate invoices
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, monthly finance reports, GST submissions, account receivables and payables, tax-related matters and audit-related queries
• Maintain date accuracy in accounting software with proper documentation, filling and entries
