• Clinical Governance Officer: To provide clinical governance and technical oversight for the dental clinic at SAMWMC in accordance with MOH’s HCSA regulations. It encompasses having to supervise a junior dental officer, and other volunteer dentists.

Oversee procurement of required stocks and consumables of the clinic, which includes sourcing for quotes from various vendors. To be in-charge of maintenance and licensing of dental equipment (eg. • Dental Team Management: Oversee rostering staff, recruitment of dental staff, appraisals of dental staff performances, training of dental staff (eg. Competency assessments), and retention of dental staff. Engagement with dental volunteers to recruit, retain, and roster.
• Patient Management: Oversee and assist team in triaging and booking the appropriate appointments for patients.
