Job Responsibilities:-
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
• Internal & external audit
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the
company to facilitate other business operations
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Manage the organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)
• Generate purchase orders promptly.
• Maintain good relationships and follow-up with suppliers closely.
• In charge of basic IT support to the staff
• Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal
• Other general administration duties as & when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in full spectrum of Admin Duties preferably in the construction sector
• Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within the
timeline
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with
associates)
• basic IT knowledge will be an advantage
