Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
• Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant’s RFI to reflect the design intent
• Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings
• Creation of 2D families
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)

Requirements

• Higher Nitec Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering or BIM
• Proven track record with at least 2 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
• Experience with Infrastructure Projects will be an added advantage

• Salary: $2,500 - $4,000
• Location: Kranji Way
• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Time: 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
• Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.
• Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
• Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year QS experience in construction industry

• Lead and supervise work closely with other sub-contractors within the project to meet project schedule
• Lead and motivate term of workforce including control and supervision of given tasks
• Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed, maintained and implement corrective/ preventive actions
• Ensure sub-contractors executive their works accurately in accordance to the approved shop-drawings, technical submissions and checklists
• Attend site meeting and resolve technical issue with main contractor or consultant
• Implement works safety, environmental requirements/ procedures
• Implementation of cost and quality on site, and to ensure minimum wastage and reworks
• Assist in preparation of working and as-built drawing including O&M manual
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with Structural experience in building construction industry
• Able to meet deadlines
• Experience in handling sub-contractors and general worker would be advantageous

Job Scope

Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction. Duties include:

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are compiled with.

Requirements :

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board or Building Construction Authority
• Experience in supervision of building construction
• Min. 3 years working experience
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
