Job Description:

Requirements:

• At Least Diploma in Construction Management, Interior Design or a related
• Minimum 10 years of total working experience in the construction industry.
• At least 4 years of experience as a General Manager in a construction company.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction laws, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools, financial management, and tendering processes.
