• To liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to all site related issues.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for related works with project teams.
• To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.
• Regular check on workers’ punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.
• Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.
• To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with relevant authorities / clients / suppliers / subcontractors.
• To assist the Project Manager on all matters including preparation of master construction programme.
• To assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour.
• Hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information, with the ability to document, monitor, track and submit measured date.
2. Prepare, review and monitor architectural works schedule based on the project master program. Regularly provide updates through coordination meetings.
3. Attend regular technical meetings related to architectural works through design state and construction stage.
4. Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards.
5. Liaise with subcontractors on all project-related matters.
6. Ensure project progress remains on schedule.
7. Provide input to the Project Management Team on all architectural related matters.

Requirements

1. Possess at least a Diploma in Architectural Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years working experience in Construction Industry.
3. Good written and spoke in English.

Responsibility:

• Manage project performance, ensuring operational KPIs are met and coordinating with Project Managers.
• Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze, forecast, and monitor project costs, addressing variances and providing updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/interim audits.
• Provide insights on WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
• Recommend improvements in project management and reporting processes.
• Review and validate project payments and invoices.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
