Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Residential and Industrial projects
• Good working Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical
• Good knowledge of Singapore health and safety rules and regulations
• Ability to use software tools for costing and budgeting
• Organizational skill with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible
• Good communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment
• An understanding of the construction industry
• An understanding of legal documentation
• Maths and IT knowledge
• Strong leadership skills
• Business management skills
• The ability to use your initiative
• Good verbal communication skills

• Position : Senior Project Engineer (Building & Construction/Civil Engineering) - Up to $7,500
• Location : Resorts World Sentosa
• Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,500 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of project
• Create project plans, schedules and budgets
• Liaise with Subcontractors, Surveyors and Site Supervisors/Foremen to make sure that works are carried out in time and smoothly on site
• Attend regular meetings with Owner/Client/Contractors/Subcontractors on the project related matters
• Carry out site inspection and ensure that the works are executed to the required quality standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 4 - 5 years of working experience in Building & Construction Industry.
• A team player with positive working attitude
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
