Able to understand structural drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Monitoring and control of contract work to ensure compliance with technical specifications, code of practice, and scope of work and to enforce safety regulations.

Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair, routine checks, and maintenance.

Responsible for a construction site, Plumbing & electrical works.

Other work-related duties as and when required.

At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required.

Experienced in preparing BOQ and quotations would be an added advantage.
