3. Setting up the forms: as a formworker, you are expected to produce concrete blocks for the project you are working on. You ensure the forms are in the ideal shapes for the project and assist the construction workers in pouring the concrete into the forms.

4. Removing the forms when the concrete dries: after pouring the concrete and allowing it to set, you remove the wood moulding. The wood forms should be carefully removed so that they can be reused on future projects. You also repair or replace damaged forms. When the concrete dries, you do the finishing and fill all the gaps to ensure it's in perfect shape.

5. Cleaning and maintaining tools: as a formworker, you are responsible for constructing and maintaining wood forms. That means you use hand and power tools to cut lumber, drill holes and fasten the boards together. You also maintain the tools and keep them clean.

6. Leadership

Train and lead foreign workers to complete daily tasks together, reasonably arrange the division of labor and assistance of team members, and participate in progress management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction staff.
• Ensure project timelines are met and manage any delays or issues that arise.
• Monitor and enforce site safety regulations and compliance with local building codes.
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
• Well-versed in understanding and application of electrical codes and standards including Singapore Standards, IEC, IEEE, etc

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm, alternate Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $2,000 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Picking & Packing and Loading & Unloading duties
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming goods
• Perform data entry for stock and inventory
• Support daily warehouse operations
• Perform cycle counts
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Maintenance of plants, shrubs, trees, flowerbeds, and grass turfs
• Application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemical to promote plant growth
• Watering of plants and removal of weeds or unwanted plants
• Soil Aeration
• Cutting or pruning of plants
• Clearing of horticultural waste
• Comply with workplace safety and health regulations and policies

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification- Primary, Secondary or 'O' Level Education
• Ability to work outdoors, physically fit and team player
• Those with relevant WSQ certificate will be an added advantage
