• Position Title: Indoor Operations Worker
• Working Location: Whampoa
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,000
• Duration: Permanent/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in growing local produce, with a focus on mushrooms.
• Support the farming of crops, mainly focusing on indoor growing.
• Carry out any other farm-related tasks as needed.

• Follow company regulations and work diligently.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Install and assemble aluminum or wooden doors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify patient’s needs, strengths, and challenges in their home and in the community.

· Collaborate with patients, families and relevant organisations to develop and implement individualized care plans that facilitate the transition from healthcare facility to home.

· Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss and coordinate patients’ care.

· Organise and participate in case conferences with relevant organizations and community agencies to enhance patient care and service coordination.

· Provide emotional support and counselling services to patients and their families, addressing concerns and fostering resilience.

· Conduct group sessions for patients or caregivers to provide shared learning and support.

· Assist patients and their families in accessing available community services and support to meet their needs.

· Conduct home visits and follow-up sessions to address ongoing concerns and monitor progress.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient’s care plans, interventions, and coordination efforts within medical systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

· Implement and support initiatives and programmes to enhance the care and support of patients and their caregivers within the community.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Social Work, preferably with 1 or 2 years’ social work experience.

· Experience in a healthcare or Social Services Agencies will be advantage.

· Registration with Social Work Accreditation Board is preferred

· Must have an interest in working with seniors and their caregivers.

· Must be able to work independently.

• Position : Project Manager (Construction / Interior Design/ Furniture Industry)
• Location : Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby)
• Working hours : 5.5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Sat from 9am to 1pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross $5500 (Basic up to $5200 + $300 Transport Allowance if owns a vehicle) + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Interior Fit-out Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning/Controlling/Monitoring/Managing & Directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objective.
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
• Efficient management of resources and materials
• Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings, coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients and all scope of work that is required in the smooth implementation of a successful project development.
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage material at the construction site to ensure zero wastage and no overstock of material.
• Manage manpower and overtime costs to ensure optimal cost-benefit within or below budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant experiences in Interior Fit-out Industry
• Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
• Experience in Construction / Interior Design/ Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to start work within short notice preferred.
